Abstract: This application is an ASP.NET 2.0 web service that provides encrypted, authenticated access to a web server for routine file maintenance. Encryption is performed by standard RSA public/private key, where each user account and the administrator account is associated with a key pair that is used to authenticate and encrypt messages to the user.
